Kokorec is the famous sandwich in Turkey preferably eaten at an early morning after drink. Kokorec is the seasoned, skewered lamb intestines and therefore the place to eat this offal should be choosen carefully. It is stuffed on a half or quarter bread and flavored with salt, cumin and red pepper.
